The chat function can be found by clicking on the "Message us" pop up in the bottom right of the screen. Please enter the patient's information when prompted for name and date of birth in order for us to help you as quick as possible.
Patient Portal:
The patient Portal can be found by clicking on the "Patient Portal" tab of the menu at the top of the webpage. You can also download the patient portal app.
APPatient can be downloaded on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
